Spectacular Villa
The villa is located 1 km from the town of Beniarres a traditional Valencian village in the Alicante region of Spain, just a short walk to the bars, restaurants, bank, village pool and supermarket. The villa is exceptionally located for your privacy, nestled between the hills that surround the lake in 4.5 acres of olive groves, gardens, sun terraces and fruit trees all to be exclusively enjoyed by you during your stay.
We proudly run entirely on solar energy at Spectacular Villa. Don't worry the stunning Spanish sun never lets us down!
Our beautiful villa is located over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen dining room and lounge leading onto a stunning large veranda with luxury seating. Steps lead down to your own private pool, sun terrace, BBQ and bar area with additional seating. Directly underneath we have a 2 bedroomed apartment with shower room, seating area, kitchen and lounge.
Our free Wifi is provided by Starlink and so exceptionally fast.
Why here ....
The views of the lake and mountains are hard to beat whilst the tranquility is exceptional. Its a wonderful settng to enjoy time with friends and family. Lots of space to relax and enjoy the Spanish way of life and weather.

We now live in a truly wonderful area of Spain, opening our home up to guests who we hope enjoy it as much as we do.
Guided rides are available, kayaking on the lake, as well as amazing walks in the area. Outside catering can be offered at an additional cost.
Lindsay has extensive knowledge of hospitality from her years working in quality hotels and is ex Heathrow cabin crew. She is a keen mountain walker, fantastic cook and great host to all our guests plus our own large family and many wonderful friends who regularly visit.
SERVICES
Groups and Fiestas
The accommodation is very spacious offering generous room sizes and can easily sleep up to 14.
Larger groups are welcome to use the pool chill out with friends and listen to music and dance. Who doesn't like to party!
Paella pans, BBQ and poolside fridge are all all available.
NEW for 2025 a gym with concept 2 Wattbike, kettlebells, yoga mats etc, as well as table tennis and darts. Good quality bikes can be borrowed for a small charge as can the kayaks of which we have 4 (2 are doubles). Ample on site free carparking.
Activities
The Villa allows easy access to some epic road cycling , it is only 8km from one of the few BTT mountain Bike centres in the Alicante region. The climbing crags in the area are also well known. For the more leisurely days there are walks including the old railway line from Gandia to Alcoy , wildlife in abundance , fishing in the lake and of course some excellent local food and wine. Kayaking on the lake is available with 1 and 2 person kayaks.
HIGHLIGHTS
The villa is secluded and quiet, but only an easy walk of 10 minutes to thelocal village with all the amenities . A day in the stylish city of Valencia, a day at the coast or a trip to the water park can all be arranged for you. It is 'off grid' living at its best, rainwater harvesting, solar power in 15000m2 (4.5 acres ) of its own land planted with an abundance of fruit trees. Come and experience real Spain at its very best.
